"Do I need a gym membership to join Fit Dad Society?"

No! We will work with you to determine what equipment, if any, you have access to. Whether you prefer to exercise at home, outdoors, in your hotel room, the hotel fitness center or at a commercial gym, your program will be  designed to accommodate your personal preferences and available resources.

"How soon will I start losing weight and see improvements in my game?"

The process will begin immediately upon inception of your program. Biometrics (weight, measurements, etc.) will become apparent usually after 1-2 weeks, as we continually work with you to optimize all factors contributing to health and fitness. The cumulative improvements in your poker win rate or +EV will become apparent over time. There are many contributing factors to the outcome of poker tournaments and cash game sessions, largely due to variance and hours played.

"How many days per week will I have to commit to this program?"

Fit Dad Society coaches are here to support you on a DAILY basis to motivate and support you on your journey in becoming the greatest version of yourself, both on and off the felt. Since our training protocols work around YOUR schedule, resistance training program frequency will vary between 3-4x’s/week and/or consist of 4-6x’s/week of some form of cardiovascular exercise.
